How it works

2. We review your request and reply by email with next steps.
3. Once approved, we send you return instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.
4. After we receive and inspect the item, we refund your original payment method.

Damaged or not as described?

Tell us within 30 days of delivery and add a photo if you can. We will replace the item or refund you, and in some cases you will not need to send it back.

Good to know

• Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
• If you change your mind, return shipping is paid by the customer.
• Refunds go to the original payment method once your return is approved and received.
